We are more than just an online gambling platform — a66 alibaba is a sports and casino entertainment community built with one goal: to deliver the best, safest and most enjoyable experience to every Malaysian member who joins us.
A66 alibaba is an online entertainment platform established in 2018, with a primary focus on serving casino and Sports Betting players in Malaysia. From day one, one principle has never changed: our commitment to a user experience that is honest, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. We believe Malaysian players deserve a platform that not only offers a wide variety of games, but one they can fully trust to keep their money and personal data safe.
From a small platform that started with just a handful of Live Casino tables, a66 alibaba has grown into one of Malaysia's most complete online entertainment destinations, with over 200 game titles spanning Live Casino, slots, poker, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, e-sports, and Sports Betting. More than 500,000 members have chosen a66 alibaba as their go-to entertainment platform — and that number keeps growing every day, because we never stop improving what we offer.
We understand that the Malaysian market has its own unique needs. Players here use Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay and DuitNow in their everyday lives — so why should their entertainment platform be any different? By supporting all these local payment methods alongside FPX, including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks, a66 alibaba makes depositing and withdrawing as effortless as ordering food on your favourite delivery app.
When it comes to sports, a66 alibaba is in tune with what Malaysian fans love. Football — especially the Malaysia Super League and the English Premier League — is the most wagered sport on our platform. We also offer comprehensive coverage of international badminton, popular esports titles like Mobile Legends and Dota 2, ICC and IPL cricket, and a wide range of other sports that matter to the Malaysian community. We're proud to say that a66 alibaba doesn't just understand what Malaysians follow — we live and breathe it alongside them.
Security and fairness are the two pillars that underpin our members' trust. All games at a66 alibaba use an RNG (Random Number Generator) system independently audited to ensure every outcome is truly random and free from manipulation. Our Live Casino tables use real physical wheels, cards shuffled live, and trained human dealers — all monitored from an internationally certified studio and streamed to players in HD quality. For data protection, all personal information and transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption, the same standard used by leading banking institutions.
One thing that sets a66 alibaba apart from many other platforms is our approach to customer support. We don't hide behind email forms that take days to get a reply. Our live chat team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — and importantly, they speak Bahasa Melayu. Whether you have a technical issue, a question about a promotion, or a transaction concern, someone from our team will respond within minutes.
The a66 alibaba VIP Programme is another reflection of how seriously we value our loyal members. Our five VIP tiers — from Bronze to Diamond — are far more than just labels. Each tier comes with real benefits: higher cashback rates, larger daily withdrawal limits, a dedicated personal account manager available around the clock, invitations to exclusive events, and monthly surprise gifts. This is our way of saying thank you to the members who have stayed with a66 alibaba.
A66 alibaba believes that healthy entertainment begins with self-awareness and smart management of both time and money. We never want any of our members to face financial or emotional stress because of gaming activity. That's why we provide comprehensive self-control tools — including self-set daily deposit limits, weekly loss limits, session time limits, and the option to temporarily suspend your account whenever you need to.
All new a66 alibaba members receive responsible gaming information during the registration process. We also provide links to support resources for anyone who may need additional help. This isn't just a formality — we genuinely care about the well-being of every member who trusts our platform for their entertainment.
We don't stand on the sidelines as the industry evolves. a66 alibaba continually invests in new technology to ensure the experience on our platform keeps getting better over time. Among the developments currently underway: a Live Casino experience powered by augmented reality, a personalised game recommendation system based on playing habits, and integration of more local e-wallet options for members' convenience.
In the long run, a66 alibaba's vision is to become the leading digital entertainment platform not just in Malaysia, but across Southeast Asia. That said, our commitment to the Malaysian community will always remain at the heart of our identity and corporate culture — because this is where it all began, and this is home.
Two principles that have guided every decision we've made since the very first day we launched.
To be Malaysia's most trusted, most inclusive and most innovative online entertainment platform — where every player from every corner of the country can enjoy a premium casino and Sports Betting experience safely, conveniently and enjoyably.
We envision a future where technology and entertainment come together seamlessly to create experiences that are truly meaningful and enjoyable for the Malaysian community — regardless of background or level of experience in gaming.
Delivering a fair, safe and responsible gaming experience to every a66 alibaba member through cutting-edge technology, genuine customer service, and a fast, reliable payment system.
Every single day, we work to ensure that every ringgit you deposit is handled securely, every winning is paid out on time, and every question you have is answered promptly and honestly by our dedicated team.
